I am a PhD student at the Political-Science department at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I am a fellow of the 'Advanced Graduate Studies Program' (AGSP) ("Telem").
I earned my BA in political science and International relations and MA in political science with honors at the Hebrew University. Currently, I also work as a professor assistant in the course "Public Organizations – Theory and Practice", which combine practical internship with academic studies. Recent to my advance studies I worked at the local government "Kfar Tavor" as an education manager and practiced as an intern at the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) and at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Before starting my BA I served five years at the IDF as an infantry officer (Major in res.).
My main research interests include public administration, institutional theory, public values, organizations and decision-making.
