Tristan Klingelhöfer is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Political Science and European Studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research interests lie at the intersection of party politics, political communication, and political psychology with a focus on the post-industrial democracies of Western Europe. He has published in the Journal of Politics, West European Politics, and Party Politics.
Prior to joining the Hebrew University, Tristan held a Teaching and Research Fellowship at the Chair of German Politics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. He received his Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, in 2021 after studying Political Science and German Language and Literature at the University of Mannheim.
